"It is nice to meet you."

I am Chef Angel Austria. I’m a professional chef with a dash of sugar, spice and everything nice! 

I provide my culinary skills in a wide area of service-based products such as small in-home private dining concepts, cooking classes, brand ambassadorship, recipe development and content creation, amongst others.

I started my career in 1998 in Manila, Philippines where I finished Bachelor of Science major in Hotel and Restaurant Management at St. Paul University in Quezon City, ManilaI then pursued an Associates degree  in International Culinary Arts and Professional Kitchen Management at The Academy for International Culinary Arts in the same country.

In pursuit of my passion,  I interned and worked in some of the best hotels around Manila, learned and worked with Philippines’ celebrity chefs and was a member of a culinary team that catered prominent government leaders and dignitaries.  

In 2007 my life journey brought me to the USA.  Here, I gained more experience working for reputable hotels and restaurants, from the Bay area in California and I am currently based in Hampton Roads, Virginia.
